Welcome to

Integral Psychotherapy

The private practice of Leo Martyn in Crows Nest – St Leonards on Sydney’s lower north shore, Integral Psychotherapy is both a generalist counselling practice for individuals and couples, and a space that supports longer term psychotherapy and self-realisation work for those seeking a deeper journey.

Leo Martyn

psychotherapist & counsellor

Holding post-graduate qualifications in psychotherapy, counselling and social work, I’m an empathic and attuned senior counsellor and accredited social worker in private practice for over 17 years.

I enjoy meeting each client who attends my practice, whether in person in Crows Nest NSW, or remotely, exploring where you are in the moment, facilitating discourse, practices and exploration to help you overcome your obstacles and work toward a life filled with greater lightness, ease, awareness, presence and joy.

Who

Leo works with

Leo prides himself on his openness to meeting adults of all ages from all walks of life, regardless of demographic, ethnicity, faith, profession, personal interests, goals and sexual orientation.

I work with individuals and couples – relationships in short and longer term counselling and psychotherapy.

I particularly love to work with individuals who are seeking longer term guidance with life’s inner journey toward self-realisation.

For individuals

Working with individuals is core to counselling and psychotherapy practice and I enjoy being able to walk with each client to help you unpack your challenges and to walk alongside you in achieving lasting change and transformation in your mental health and life journey.

For couples

I deeply enjoy working with all couples including same sex couples. My practice is centrally informed by my completion of the core 3 levels of the Gottman approach and I look forward to assisting you to achieve lasting change and longevity in your relationship, or supporting amicable resolution of more complex issues.

Coming

To therapy

You may have attended therapy in the past, or be totally new. Wherever you are at, it can be challenging to make the decision to come to a first session, and even before, knowing you are finding the right therapist for you.
